"We stayed in a room with access for those with disabilities and the shower pressure was just about non-existant! The only response to my complaint was that they had never had this complaint about this room before. They had some complaints about rooms on the other side of the hall but not this room. No offer to discount, etc.
We took this room because it was the only non-smoking room available.
I would never stay here if I had other options."
